What happens after you get in touch

Jorge Santos is involved in every project we take on, so the person you speak to is the person who will run your job. There is no call center and no handoff to a salesperson.

For most projects we come out and look before we quote. What sits under the surface, how the yard drains and how you plan to use the space all change the price, and none of that shows up in a photo. The site visit is free.

What helps us quote faster

• Rough measurements of the area, if you have them. If you do not, we will take them while we are there.
• Whether you are replacing something existing or starting from bare ground.
• Any HOA rules or architectural review requirements that apply to your street.
• A rough budget range, so we can show you options that actually fit it.
